Job Description
* Invoicing clients
* Preparing payment schedules
* Liaising with clients
* Updating the Payroll system with contractor details
* Handling new client calls to set up first trade
* Making payments CIS, Soletrader, Ltd Company, Umbrella, PAYE
* Preparing bank files for upload
* Formatting payroll schedules from clients to import into the payroll system MyDigital Accounts
* Ensuring accurate calculations
* Running payroll
* Running payroll reports
* Dealing with payroll queries
* Preparing PAYE payroll bureau
* Registering new contractors
* Handling Contractor queries
* Improving current processes
* Working to tight deadlines
* Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
* Email queries
* Answering inbound calls
* Supporting the growth of the business
The Successful Applicant
* Candidates must have an interest in pursuing a career in Payroll
* May have worked in an accountancy team but not essential
* Previous office experience
* MS Excel skills
