Temporary Receptionist required - To start 29th April -17th May (3 weeks)
Are you an experienced Receptionist?
Do you have an excellent telephone manner?
Available to cover all dates 29April - 17 May?
08.00am- 4.30pm (half an hour lunch break)

Based on front of house you will demonstrate a first class customer service experience.
As Receptionist you will be:
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Signing in of the visitors book
*Answering the switchboard, fielding calls and taking messages
*Booking meeting rooms
*Keeping the reception area neat and tidy
*Assisting various departments with administrative duties using Word and Excel
You will:
*Be well presented with excellent communication skills
*Be a confident communicator and pc literate
*Be a team player with the ability to also work on your own
*Have excellent time management and organisation skills
