My client is a rapidly expanding HR Consultancy business that provide HR solutions and support to clients across sectors. In this dynamic, client-facing role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, building deep relationships and delivering tailored, business-focused HR solutions that help organisations thrive.
One minute you’re sitting down with a CEO, shaping big-picture HR strategy and fuelling growth plans – the next, you’re supporting a manager through the nitty-gritty of a disciplinary case. That’s the reality here. No two days look the same, and you’ll be constantly switching gears, adapting to different clients, sectors, and situations. It’s fast-paced, people-focused, and packed with variety – perfect for someone who thrives on challenge and loves being right at the heart of where the action is. Not for the faint-hearted, but incredibly rewarding for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing hands-on, practical advice and guidance across the full HR spectrum — from employment law and compliance to performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
* Supporting clients with organisational design, change management and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transitions.
* Developing tailored HR policies and processes that fit each client’s unique culture and goals.
* Advising on reward and benefits strategies, helping clients remain competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
* Partnering with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with wider business objectives, acting as a true strategic partner.
* Coaching and mentoring managers to build confidence in handling people matters effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 4 years’ advisory experience in HR
* Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for understanding what makes businesses tick
* Confidence in delivering pragmatic, tailored HR advice to a variety of clients
* A proactive mindset, ready to take ownership and drive solutions forward
