Overview
The opportunity for a talented Customer Service Associate to join Castle Trust Bank. You will join our central contact centre, supporting customers by providing exceptional service when they call in by telephone or email with queries. Training will be provided on two business lines - Savings and Omni Capital Retail Finance. This is a full-time role based from our Basingstoke office, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30. Start date expected to be September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Handle a variety of customer queries via telephone and email, ensuring queries are answered effectively while maintaining a positive Castle Trust Bank brand.
* Support Savings customers with information about products, online services, account openings, and ongoing account support.
* Assist Omni Capital Retail Finance customers with account status, balances, and payment difficulties.
* Produce high-quality written output for email and online portal communications.
* Work with multiple computer systems; training will be provided on the specific systems used.
* Prioritise tasks, work well in a team, adapt to change, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
What We Are Looking For In You
* Proven experience in a customer service setting, including a telephony environment with a high volume of calls.
* Experience in financial services is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
* Positive attitude, passion for helping people, and a commitment to first-class customer experience.
* Confidence with computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office products is desirable.
