What You'll Be Doing As a Technical Operator, you'll be at the heart of our food manufacturing process, playing a crucial role in bringing our well-loved products to life. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at every stage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Ingredient Preparation & Batching : Precisely measuring and preparing ingredients to ensure our recipes are followed perfectly. Operating Production Machinery: Setting up, running, and monitoring advanced machinery used for mixing, cooking, and filling our products into their familiar packaging. Quality Assurance: Conducting vital quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring our products consistently meet our high standards. Maintenance Support: Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment to keep our lines running smoothly, working closely with our Engineering team. Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards for machinery and work areas, strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and clean environment. What We're Looking For We're seeking dedicated individuals who are ready to make a significant contribution to our team. Essential: Adaptability & Teamwork: You're comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Flexibility: The ability to work across various departments as production needs change. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to your work, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Technical Acumen: A strong understanding and aptitude for operating and troubleshooting machinery. Desirable Previous experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or manufacturing environment. Relevant Health & Safety or Food Safety qualifications. A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license. GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
