Salary £36,363- £40,777 per annum – Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week, Older People & Physical Disability, Central, Lancashire.

We have an exciting opportunity within Adult Social Care in Adults & Physical Disabilities.
Qualifications– Qualified Full time, permanent Social workers with empathy and the drive to make a difference, finding creative ways to support people to achieve what they want to and live as independently as possible in a place they call their home.
We are currently seeking 4 Qualified Social Workers to cover Central Lancashire, this includes: 2 x Social Workers located in Preston, 1 x Social Worker located in Chorley and 1 Social Worker located in Leyland.

Social Work applicants must be registered with Social Work England (SWE) to be appointed as a Social Worker or have applied to register with SWE.
