Senior Leadership Communications Manager
L4 Senior Manager reporting into Communications Director
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, you will harness your storytelling expertise to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our Partners and employees and connect them to the leadership strategy. You will engage with diverse teams across the organization to ensure that communications not only inform but also inspire and motivate our partners and our employees. Your efforts will be essential in translating leadership messages and priorities into relatable content that fosters a strong sense of connection and alignment with EY's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
* Script Writing and Messaging Support: Create high-quality scripts, briefings, presentations, and speaking notes that effectively convey the Leadership vision. Your writing will be essential in preparing leadership for internal engagements and ensuring their messages resonate.
* Production and Project Management: Working with key stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure the high quality production of internal events.
* Internal Engagement Strategy Development: support the implementation of a comprehensive internal engagement strategy for the Leadership that fosters connection and alignment with the overall UKI business objectives.
* Internal Stakeholder Preparation: Work alongside internal communications teams to prepare leadership for key internal engagements, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary materials and messaging.
* Engagement with Senior Leaders: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, coaching them on effective communication strategies to engage with employees and internal stakeholders.
* Content Creation: Develop meaningful and engaging content for senior Leadership across various internal channels, including newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, and speeches.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
* Experience in professional services, matrix organizations, or large corporates.
* Proven expertise in stakeholder management and internal engagement.
* A deep understanding of EY's key audience groups, including employees and senior leaders.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
* A track record of delivering successful communications plans or campaigns.
* Familiarity with EY's operations and a robust internal network.
