We’re working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who is confident supporting senior fee earners, managing complex conveyancing files, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a busy property department, and will have previously worked with LEAP case management software.
Typical duties would include:
* Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and partners within Residential Conveyancing
* Producing accurate documentation and correspondence through audio and copy typing
* Managing file setup, progression, and post-completion processes efficiently
* Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties
* Ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are met to the highest standard
The successful candidate:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Conveyancing
* Confident user of LEAP and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
* Excellent communication and client care skills
