Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager on behalf of our client based in Salford who are a well establised kosher supermarket.
You will be responsible for overseeing and running the day to day operations of a sucesful supermarket. Duties will include managing shop floor and driving staff, check ins with staff, reporting and completing data spreadsheets and putting ideas forward to improve the business.

Experience in supermarket operations is not essential, The successful applicant must be a peoples person, have strong organisational and operational skills and be switched on.
