WehaveanexcitingopportunityforaFacilitiesTechniciantojoinourteaminSouthLanarkshireonafull-time,permanentbasis.Thisroleisessentialtothesafe,efficient,andcompliantoperationofaschoolenvironment,carryingoutday-to-daymaintenance,inspections,andbasicrepairs.
Youllworkbothindependentlyandaspartofawiderteam,ensuringfacilitiesaremaintainedtoahighstandardandallhealth&safetyrequirementsaremet.

1. Openingandclosingtheschoolinlinewithrequiredoccupancytimes
2. Carryingoutinternalandexternalbuildinginspectionsandreportingfaults(e.g.leaks,damagedtiles)totheHelpDesk
