Job Title: Housing Manager
Location: West London
Rate: £250 – £300 per day (Umbrella)
Contract: 3–6 months initially, with potential to extend
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

Overview We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to lead a busy housing management service in West London. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing tenancy management, estate services, resident engagement and income performance across a defined patch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service improvements, ensuring compliance, and delivering a high-quality experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of Housing Officers and support staff.
2. Oversee full tenancy management including sign-ups, audits, enforcement and sustainment.
3. Monitor and improve rent collection, arrears recovery and income performance.
4. Lead on complex ASB cases and tenancy breach investigations.
5. Ensure estates are maintained to a high standard through regular inspections and contractor coordination.
