About the Role
Our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team is a critical part of our Field and Contact Centre Operations. We are looking for a Schedule & Delivery Technician to ensure essential waste management services run smoothly.
The role involves coordinating schedules, redistributing work throughout the day as priorities change, supporting operational teams, and managing workflow to optimise productivity. You will also manage workstacks against Key Performance Indicators and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
The position is based at Pride Park with a 37‑hour per week shift on a rolling rota covering 7 am‑10 pm, Monday–Sunday. Shift hours are 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm.
