What's the role all about?
As a Senior Packaging Technologist, you will develop and scale innovative packaging solutions for our Homecare brands in Europe
Working within a dynamic team, you'll collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and R&D to bring packaging ideas to life, from concept to shelf.
What You'll Do
You will take the lead in developing and delivering packaging solutions that combine consumer insight, technical excellence, and sustainability. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading packaging development from concept to full-scale production.
* Lead innovation and cost-saving packaging projects with full autonomy.
* Translating consumer needs, business goals, and technical requirements into impactful solutions.
* Design, test, and implement primary and secondary packaging solutions.
* Driving cost, quality, and speed improvements through expert project management and risk mitigation
* Opportunity to coach and develop junior members of the team
What We're Looking For
A self-driven packaging expert to lead the end-to-end development of new packaging innovations. You'll own projects from concept to launch, collaborating across functions to deliver smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions that delight consumers and meet business goals.
* Proven experience in packaging development — Cartons, Flexibles, bottles & closures in a FMCG environment
* A technical background in packaging or engineering, design, with a track record of delivering packaging innovation.
* Confident decision-maker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Ability to influence stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations.
* A collaborative spirit, with enthusiasm for learning and helping others grow.
