We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual to join our fundraising team as a Trusts & Foundations Officer. Working closely with the Trusts & Foundations Manager, you will play a key role in preparing, developing, and submitting funding applications that support our vital work. Key responsibilities Support the Trusts & Foundations Manager in securing funding from high-value trusts and major grant-giving organisations Maximise income from our diverse and well-established portfolio of grant-makers Proactively research and identify new trust and foundation opportunities using a variety of research tools, databases and AI-assisted research Gather information to produce compelling, data-driven funding proposals and impact reports Support the Trusts & Foundations Manager with portfolio planning and performance tracking Assist with the planning and delivery of donor visits, events, and meetings Maintain accurate and up to date records About you At least one year’s experience in trusts and foundations fundraising, or relevant fundraising/communications experience A successful track record in grant applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong prospect research and analytical skills, with the ability to use AI tools effectively Experience with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Experience in managing stakeholder relationships What we offer 27 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension Scheme Life Assurance Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to Work Scheme Health Service Discounts Refer a friend bonus If you believe you have the skills, experience, and passion to excel in this role, please apply below.
