We accept referrals for Orthopaedic Surgery, Soft Tissue Surgery, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Internal Medicine, Dentistry, Cardiology, Anaesthesia, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Physiotherapy as well as Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and a Pain Clinic. We have comprehensive and established clinical and non-clinical programmes for training, development and CPD. You can find us in Hampshire, just south of Winchester, close to the M3 and national and international transport links. We are in a serene countryside setting with state-of-the-art facilities and are available to look after pets 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Physiotherapist (Minimum qualification PgDip/MSc degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy with a minimum of one years’ experience OR BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Physiotherapy with a minimum of two years’ experience) and preferably experience in a referral hospital setting to provide all aspects of physiotherapy care for the inpatient and outpatient caseload to cover sabbatical leave. The ideal applicant will have a strong drive and passion for the field of veterinary physiotherapy, with excellent knowledge of the acute stage, post-operative period of rehabilitation of both orthopaedic and neurology cases. They should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the confidence to advocate for their patients and their needs. A strong team focus is a must with the ability to adapt in a busy multidisciplinary environment. We have a well-equipped service including laser therapy, stance analysis and therapeutic ultrasound. Please note: Experience of working within a referral surgery is preferred, however not essential. All applicants must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
