Overview
We are seeking dedicated and flexible Locum Doctors to provide high-quality medical care across NHS Trusts. This role covers a wide range of specialties and grades, with opportunities for both short-term and long-term assignments.

Specialties Covered
We cover placements across all major specialties, including but not limited to:
* General Medicine (e.g. Acute Medicine, Cardiology, Respiratory, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Geriatrics, Rheumatology, Neurology, Renal)
* Surgery (General Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics, ENT, Urology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Cardiothoracic, Plastics, Maxillofacial)
* Emergency Medicine / A&E
* Paediatrics & Neonatology
* Obstetrics & Gynaecology
* Psychiatry (General Adult, CAMHS, Old Age, Liaison, Forensic, Learning Disabilities)
* Anaesthetics & Intensive Care (ICU/ITU)
* Radiology
* Pathology & Laboratory Medicine (Microbiology, Histopathology, Haematology, Chemical Pathology)
* Community & Public Health Medicine
* Other sub-specialties as per client requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based medical care within your specialty.
* Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in accordance with local and national guidelines.
* Prescribe and monitor treatment plans.
* Participate in ward rounds, clinics, and on-call duties as required.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
* Adhere to GMC's Good Medical Practice and hospital policies.
* Contribute to teaching, training, and supervision of junior colleagues where applicable.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Primary Medical Qualification (MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent).
* Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) (with a licence to practise).
* Relevant postgraduate qualifications or membership (MRCP, MRCS, MRCGP, MRCPsych, FRCA, etc.) desirable depending on specialty and grade.
* Minimum of 6–12 months post-graduate clinical experience in the UK (may vary by Trust).
* Up-to-date life support certification (BLS/ALS/ATLS/PALS/NLS as required for role).
* Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship may be available for long-term roles).
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or overseas police check if applicable).
* Occupational health clearance (including immunisations as per NHS requirements).
* Two recent clinical references.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £40.00-£120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
