Job description:
The Associate General Counsel (m/f/d) will provide legal support for the affiliates of Mitsubishi Chemical Group EMEA in the areas of M&A, business transactions, property relations, projects and all other day-to-day legal topics. The role is based on a 2-year fixed-term employment contract.
This role may be performed remotely (only UK) or from our offices in Wilton, UK or Dsseldorf, Germany.
1. Playing a key role in the support of corporate transactions including acquisitions, divestments, restructuring and strategic transactions
2. Serving as a proactive advisor on a range of legal matters across the EMEA region and supporting colleagues worldwide as part of the global legal team
3. Responsibility for providing corporate and company secretarial support to all affiliated entities across the EMEA region
