We are seeking an experienced manager to provide interim cover to an established and stable team. Our service spans across Cheshire West and Chester, supporting children with complex disabilities. This is where your leadership skills will shine, as you guide social workers, support workers, and caseworkers working with children from Child in Need to Child Protection to Children in Care.

What you will do
* Provide leadership and management to the Children with Disabilities Team, ensuring high standards of practice and positive outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with social workers, support workers, and senior family caseworkers to deliver targeted interventions.
* Oversee caseworkers managing families at the Team Around the Family level of intervention.
* Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure holistic care and compliance with legislation.
* Monitor team performance, offering guidance and support to drive continuous improvement.
