Job Description
We’re delighted to be partnering with a London-based university to support the recruitment of a HR Coordinator. This is a newly formed role where the post holder will be working with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to provide critical support in driving the organisation's human resources planning and operational delivery.
Key duties:
* Coordination: Support with HR planning, strategy alignment, and team sessions. Coordinate HR reviews and development days
* Operations: Manage the HR calendar, meetings, and planning cycles
* Performance: Track HR metrics, provide insights, and support senior appraisal cycles
* Communication: Prepare meeting materials, reports, and HR communications
* Change: Support cultural and change initiatives and drive a high-performance environment
* Execution: Manage HR projects, resolve issues, and support day-to-day operations
* Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive HR goals
Candidate profile:
1. Proven experience in an HR environment, working with high-volume data and reporting
2. Familiarity with project management processes and methodologies
3. Confident communicator, including experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
