<div><p>This position is for a Band 7 Clinical Manager responsible for the General Surgical team, which encompasses Colorectal, Upper Gastrointestinal, Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, Breast Surgery, and Robotics specialties. The role is clinically focused and requires extensive experience across multiple surgical disciplines.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Day-to-day running of the Theatre suite as coordinator</li><li>Multidisciplinary team communication to ensure efficient patient flow</li><li>Managing team attendance and optimal staff utilisation</li><li>Recruitment, interviews & staff development</li><li>Central point of contact for clinical & administrative issues</li></ul><p>We are a busy, friendly, rural NHS Trust providing high-quality care and compassion to more than a quarter of a million people across West Suffolk.
