As a Receptionist, you will ensure to deliver warm, gracious, personalized service to every guest, following St Ermin’s guidelines and Marriott standards. Embrace and display the culture of Fun, Love, and Energy.

What will you be doing?

* Greet guests warmly with a smile and by name. Be proactive in anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional hospitality.
* Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
* Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, including meetings and functions.
* Understand the Marriott Bonvoy program and its benefits.
* Operate Opera, Onity, eReg, PDQs, and Switchboard console.
* Be familiar with room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.
* Know the hotel’s room layouts, amenities, and services.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
* Share the hotel’s unique history with guests.
* Provide local area and attraction recommendations based on guest interests.
* Follow check-in/check-out procedures and ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to departmental goals like Bonvoy enrollments, upselling, and audit scores.
* Answer phones promptly and courteously.
* Maintain cleanliness of reception, lobby, and back office areas, adhering to Covid-19 guidelines.
* Assist with emails and guest inquiries.
* Support colleagues to complete tasks on time.
* Use PC and Opera systems responsibly, following PCI DSS procedures.
* Secure cash floats and adhere to cash handling procedures.
* Cover switchboard duties as needed.
* Perform any other reasonable requests from management.
