Reporting to the CFO and supervising a small Finance team, the Financial Controller will join the organisation at a time of significant change, which in turn, will presenting an exciting challenge. This key leadership role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance within a dynamic manufacturing environment. 1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Ensure compliance with UKGAAPand internal accounting policies
