The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a friendly, agile team delivering thoughtful cost consultancy on a range of lifestyle-led schemes across London and the South East.
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
Manage pre- and post-contract cost consultancy services across residential, hotel, PBSA, and senior living schemes
Prepare cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and tender documentation
Lead procurement processes and advise clients on contract strategy
Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms
Mentor junior staff and contribute to APC training
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teamsSenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
5+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
RICS accredited degree and working towards MRICS (or already chartered)
Strong knowledge of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration
Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
Experience in residential or living sector projects highly desirable
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and commercially awareIn Return
Salary between £65,000 - £70,000
