Responsibilities
* Build, configure, test, and provision IP/MPLS services across a Managed Service Provider environment.
* Design support for the provisioning process.
* Conduct UAT / ORT testing.
* Provide sign‑off and approval support.
* Develop training documentation and provide floor‑walking services.
Essential Skills
* Strong understanding of Layer 3 networking protocols.
* Hands‑on experience with IP/MPLS.
* Familiarity with ADTRAN/ADVA NTE devices.
* Experience with Nokia‑Alcatel routers such as 7750 and 7450.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with BGP and network connectivity.
* Good stakeholder management skills.
Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, requiring active SC Clearance. You will be part of a multi‑year contract, working with advanced technologies and in a flexible work setting.
