RF Solutions Ltd, design and manufacture radio modules, remote control systems and IoT sensors. We are also a distributor of antennas, cable assemblies and adaptors. Based in West Sussex in the United Kingdom, we moved to our 20,000sqft purpose-built facility in 2014. Trading since 1992, we have grown substantially, helping to lead the way in the RF industry.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Administrator to work in our busy Sales Department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Main duties to include:
* Answering the telephones
* Dealing with emails
* Web Order downloads and processing
* Proforma Orders and processing
* Sales Order data entry and administration
* Sales Order backlog administration
* Filing and archiving
* Customer Service
* Greeting Visitors
Working Hours:
Normal working hours, 37.5 per week. Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:30pm, Fri 8:30am-1:00pm
Entry Requirements:
Previous experience would be beneficial but not required, candidates will be given full training.
A recognised Level 3 qualification or above, such as A level, higher educational diploma, or undergraduate degree.
Skills Required:
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Excellent computer skills, including the ability to navigate various office software efficiently.
This role requires a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment. Candidates should have a good command of written and spoken English, have excellent numeracy, literacy and IT skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and visitors. Experience working in a customer service role would be a benefit.
