If you're a fluent German speaker who can spot a mismatched debit note at 50 paces, this deductions analyst role might be worth a closer look.
It's a 3-month temp contract to start with, but there's real potential for it to go permanent. You'll be based in Leeds, at the Thorpe Park, with a salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience.
You'll be the go-to deductions analyst for handling high volumes of debit notes across the DACH region. That means everything from validating claims and reconciling accounts, to chasing down missing documents and supporting with VAT queries. You'll be working cross-functionally with sales and finance teams to keep everything moving - and that includes regular chats with key account managers.
You'll need a methodical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and the kind of persistence that doesn't give up when paperwork goes missing. Your Excel skills should be decent, and your German needs to be business fluent - spoken and written.
What's in it for you? For a start, there's the scope to turn this into a long-term gig with a global brand in a growing team. You'll get visibility across the business, build valuable commercial finance experience, and work in a genuinely supportive team.
It's a full-time role, based on-site at The Springs in Leeds - easy to get to, with good amenities nearby (coffee, gym, the works).
If you're a deductions analyst looking for your next step - or you've done purchase ledger or accounts receivable and fancy something a bit different - this could be a smart move.
