Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and values-led HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across their diverse teams. This is a key role in driving forward a people strategy, enhancing employee experience, and embedding our values into everything we do — from talent development to organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with organisational goals and commercial priorities.
2. Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of HR, including performance, engagement, employee relations, change management, and wellbeing.
3. Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning, ensuring a future-ready workforce.
4. Support line managers with complex employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and compassionate outcomes.
5. Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and influence strategy.
6. Collaborate with Learning & Development and EDI leads to build inclusive and impactful people initiatives.
