Overview
To operate a planned system of general maintenance and repairs. To ensure the smooth running of all plant machinery and equipment, including safety and state of repair. To carry out decorating and re-decorating as applicable. To ensure that the grounds are well maintained and that all approaches to the Home are accessible, neat, tidy and clear of any hazards. To cut grass and hedges as required. To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health and Safety of self, colleagues, residents and visitors to the Home.
