Other We are seeking a dynamic Change Manager to lead the implementation of key change recommendations across people, property, and operations following a period of strategic and organisational transformation.
This fixed term role will drive meaningful and sustainable change by integrating inclusive, culturally aligned practices with a focus on mātauranga Māori and te ao Māori principles, ensuring alignment with our clients organisation's values and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Deliver a comprehensive change management strategy that supports the organisation’s goals.
2. Embed inclusive practices and a te ao Māori lens into change initiatives, fostering cultural responsiveness and alignment.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure seamless transition and adoption of changes.
4. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the impact of change activities, ensuring objectives are met.
5. Build capability within the organisation to manage ongoing change effectively.
About You:
You are a skilled and empathetic change management professional with a passion for building inclusive, people-centered processes. You bring:
6. Proven experience in delivering complex change initiatives, preferably across diverse organisational contexts.
7. An appreciation of mātauranga Māori and te ao Māori, Preferably with experience embedding these principles in workplace practices.
8. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges proactively.
10. A commitment to fostering an environment of equity, respect, and cultural safety.
