Job Title: Yard Person with FLT Licence and Driving Licence Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire, WF10 Contract Type: Long-Term Ongoing (Potential for Permanent Role) Hourly Rate: £12.95 + Overtime Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Yard Person / Shunter with a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (ideally double handler) and a Full UK Driving Licence to join our client's team in Castleford, West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities: Loading & Unloading (60%): Safely and efficiently load/unload pallets from trucks. Yard & Shunting Duties: Maintain yard organisation and assist with shunting vehicles or trailers as required. Manual Handling & Warehouse Work: Support general warehouse operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running. Stock Movement: Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock within the yard and warehouse.
