Responsibilities
* Attend off‑site customer visits to build strong relationships and upsell products
* Maintain strong communication with branch managers, keeping them involved in the sales process
* Generate new business through cold outreach and lead generation, contributing to year‑on‑year sales growth
* Update Salesforce regularly, ensuring all information is accurate and recorded
Qualifications
* Previous account management experience in the industry
* Ability to manage complex issues, deliver results and work well with a wider team
* Experience building a sales territory plan
* Solid knowledge in the refrigeration and air‑conditioning industry

Remote – you will be expected to travel regularly in North Scotland.
