The Operations Director will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the solar energy business, from project development and procurement through to installation, maintenance, and quality control.
Own End-to-End Project Lifecycle for all solar installations, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Optimise Processes across all operational workflows, including field team deployment and installation logistics.
Ensure Full Compliance with all relevant industry standards, MCS requirements, safety regulations, and building codes.
Direct and Manage the Project Management, Installation, Technical, and Service/Maintenance teams, setting clear KPIs.
Strong background managing solar energy projects
