Responsibilities
* Deliver care to children while supervising your team.
* Identify areas for improvement relating to learning and teaching techniques, and create more stimulating experiences and environments.
* Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all children in your room are met.
* Ensure all record‑keeping requirements are regularly completed and conduct team appraisals.
* Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
Qualifications
* Level 3 or above qualified Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Practitioner / Senior Nursery Nurse / Room Leader or similar.
* Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner).
* Demonstrable leadership experience within Early Years.
* Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
* Excellent communication skills with children and adults.

* Salary: up to £13.75 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
