You will take ownership of various client matters including wills, Power of Attorney, later life planning, estate administration, trusts and inheritance tax, whilst also providing leadership to junior team members and Trainee Solicitors. This role is ideally suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong technical expertise across all areas of private client law, including wills, LPAs, probate, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and proven experience managing their own caseload, covering wills, LPAs, probate, and estate administration. STEP membership would be highly regarded. You should also demonstrate strong business development skills and the ability to manage more complex private client matters with confidence.
