As a Store Manager you will work in store and truly drive the success of your store, inspiring your teams with a passion for great customer care. About The Role
You will:
* Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional care to our customers and patients.
* Lead the sales and performance of your store, keeping our customers at the heart of everything.
* Act as a passionate ambassador for the Boots brand, helping us become the world’s best pharmacy‑led health and beauty retailer.
* Make the shop floor your own, getting to know our teams, sales and operations.
* Identify and implement improvements that set Boots apart from other retailers.
* Learn what your teams like and want to see change.
What You’ll Need To Have
* Retail management and commercial experience, with outstanding customer service skills.
* Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement it in store to drive strong performance results.
* Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
* A collaborative personality and ability to thrive in a team‑centred approach.
* A passion for continuous learning and development.
* Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.
