Role: HVAC Engineer
Location: RAF Croughton (with occasional travel to Barford St Johns)
Salary: £40,000 £44,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 16:30)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Engineer to join a high-performing team supporting critical infrastructure within a secure and professional environment. This is a varied role offering a mix of planned maintenance, reactive work, and minor installations across both commercial and domestic systems.
Youll be trusted to work independently for much of your time, managing your own workload and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on HVAC systems
2. Diagnose faults and complete effective repairs across a range of equipment
3. Undertake minor installation and refurbishment works where required
4. Manage and complete jobs via PDA or job sheets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
