We are thrilled to announce a major contract win with Yorkshire Water, supporting them in proactively and reactively maintaining their Wastewater Network for the next five years and beyond. We are recruiting for a Technical Support Co-Ordinator to join our team in Yorkshire. You will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, providing exceptional customer service across the Bradford area.
Job Details
* Location: Bradford, Yorkshire
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week
* Salary: £28,000
* Holiday: 24 days plus Bank Holidays
Responsibilities
* Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and progress reports.
* Communication: Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate communication between clients, team members, and vendors.
* Task Management: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
* Resource Allocation: Support the management of project resources, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
* Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies.
* Budget Tracking: Help track project budgets and ensure costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals.
* Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders.
* Permit Management: Ensure that permits for roadworks are properly applied for and granted, including scheduling, approvals, and compliance with local authority regulations.
* Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
Experience and Qualifications
