We're looking for a Customer Services Data Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This hybrid role is based at our Telford office, offering a blend of remote and on-site working.
About the role
* You will collect, input and maintain supplier service data across the Reconomy Recycle Loop Outsourcing business.
* Identify and request missing data.
* Liaise with suppliers through various formats to obtain data relating to containerised waste services.
* Ensure accurate transfer of data from supplier reports or online Portals into the Reconomy Salesforce platform.
* Liaise with Customer Service Teams to resolve data discrepancies and help ensure clean and accurate data is presented to customers and help reduce supplier invoice queries.
* Complete data transfers in a timely manner to meet clients reporting and invoicing deadlines.
* Establish strong working relationships with suppliers and internal or external business contacts to ensure departmental targets are met.
* Maintain updated knowledge of all Reconomy's products and services including in-house apps.
