Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a small team of commodity schedulers, stock controllers, and production planner
Develop and manage material and production plans to meet customer demand
Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely supply of components
Adjust production schedules based on forecasts and resource availability
Collaborate with departments to resolve supply and scheduling issues
Deputise for the Materials & Planning Manager when required
Use SAP to analyse data and track KPIs
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce lead times
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years’ experience in materials planning, production scheduling, or supply chain (ideally in manufacturing)
Experience leading or supervising small teams
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
