I am recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for my client who are a growing business in Wembley\n\nThe role is office based Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm\n\nSalary is up to £33000 dependent on experience\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssisting with the processing of high-volume fortnight payrolls\nTracking, processing and amending holiday pay, Statutory Sickness Pay and other forms of leave such as maternity/paternity pay, etc.\nChecking and validating information provided by the sites and ensuring all necessary documents are received on time and are in line with HMRC payroll guidelines.\nChecking and validating new starter documentation\nEnsuring all leaver documentation are received and made leavers in Iris Payroll.\nMaintaining and tracking Right to Work documents.\nMonitor the payroll mailbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with within a 24 hour SLA.\nAttending to telephone payroll queries.\nEssential requirements are:\n\n1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail/catering environment.\nPreferably have experience in Iris Payroll.\nPassionate about a career in Payroll.\nResilient and Adaptable.\nPro-active attitude to work.\nGood Excel skills.\nStrong numeracy skills with good analytical mind.\nSelf-starter with good organisational skills being able to multitask, plan, prioritises and meets tight deadlines.\nAbility to build strong business and human relationship at all levels and be a team player.\nGood in communicating at all levels
