Responsibilities
* Support colleagues with IT problems (e.g., hardware, software, systems)
* Set up new starter user accounts and devices
* Diagnose and fix basic tech issues
* Keep users up to speed with incident progress and resolution activities
* Work with third-party tech support and IT equipment vendors
* Learn from experienced colleagues and grow your skills
Qualifications
* A genuine interest in IT and how things work
* A basic understanding of Windows, Office 365, and mobile technologies (e.g., Apple iOS)
* Knowledge of tools like Active Directory and SCCM
* Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical language in simple terms
* Good collaboration and teamwork skills
