The Role As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners’ early educational experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum Assessing learning and tracking pupil progress Providing constructive feedback to support development Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to wider school life Taking part in CPD and whole-school initiatives ✅ The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a teacher who is organised, proactive, and passionate about education.
