Bakery Operative 4 on / 4 off Starting from £12.42 per hour. Working 4 on / 4 off attracts an extra 15%. If hours are worked between 6pm - 6am this also attracts an extra 17.5% increase. Shift pattern: 12-hour shift, 6am - 6pm, 10am - 10pm & 2pm - 2am. We are currently looking for the 6am - 6pm shift, however this is subject to change. Hours - 39.375 Hours per week Bayne’s the Family Bakers is a family business which has 71 shops and a modern bakery and production site based in Lochore, Fife. Due to high levels of growth, we are looking to expand our team of bakery operatives to work on day shift to produce our award winning bread and bakery products for sale in our own shops. Ideally, bakery experience would be preferable, however attitude and commitment is most important, as a full training programme will be provided.
