We're Hiring: Paediatric Occupational Therapist (HCPC Registered)
Location: Richmond, 28 Dunstable Road
Job Type: Part-Time, working on Saturdays between 9:30am to 3:15pm (permanent)
Are you a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist looking to make a real difference in children's lives? Come and join our friendly, multidisciplinary team at Maximum Potential — a vibrant international private practice with clinics across London and schools we support directly.
We work with children and young people (ages 3–15) facing a range of challenges including:
- Sensory processing difficulties
- Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays
- Fine/gross motor skills, handwriting, and school readiness
- Emotional regulation, behaviour, and learning needs
As part of our team (which includes OTs, Physios, SALTs, Play Therapists, Clinical and Educational Psychologists), you'll have the chance to grow professionally, feel supported, and enjoy the energy of a passionate, tight-knit team. We're also part of the Harley Street Medical Group.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering 45-minute 1:1 sessions (up to 6–7 children per day)
* Creating engaging home programmes and sensory diets
* Collaborating closely with parents and schools
* Writing reports and progress reviews
What We're Looking For
HCPC-registered OT
At least 4 years of paediatric experience
Experience with Sensory Integration therapy (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
A genuine love for working with children
