About you
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive financial leadership experience, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector
* Proven track record in developing and executing income generation strategies
* At least 5 years\' senior leadership experience in a similar environment
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing diverse audiences
* Knowledgeable in legal due diligence, risk management, and contract administration
* Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and collaborative leadership approach
What you\'ll do
* Lead and inspire the senior management team, ensuring alignment with organisational values and mission
* Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, compliance, and long-term sustainability planning
* Develop and oversee income diversification initiatives, supporting social enterprise activities and income growth
* Drive digital transformation projects, enhancing operational efficiency and supporter engagement
* Manage corporate services including IT, Facilities, and Administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability
* Represent the organisation at sector forums and strategic partnerships, advocating for social impact and organisational excellence
