We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a large-scale engineering distribution and logistics organisation, who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Employee Relations Focus) to join their senior HR team.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role reporting to the HR Director, leading complex employee relations activity and partnering senior leaders in a fast-paced, operational environment.
