Events Photo Team (EPT) is an attraction-based Photography Company, we currently operate an assortment of photography experiences across 22 sites within some of the UK's biggest and best attractions: including Sea Life, Madame Tussauds, Legoland Discovery Centre, The Dungeons, Cadburys World, ITV and Seasonal events.

* Previous industry experience preferred.
* Supervisory experience in a retail environment would be advantageous.
* You'll be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and become an inspirational leader, developing your team to their full potential and you'll possess a clear and open communication and leadership style.
* On occasion there may be an expectation to take photos poolside and or in the pool.
* Manage Water Photography Operations on site.
Role Accountabilities
Business Ownership & Operational Profitability
* Minimize the cost of sales by accurately managing stock, employee costs and loss prevention. & understand how these controllable costs can affect profitability.
* Commercial awareness of current price package & promotions, delivering this confidently to customers and colleagues.
* Work with the Manager, to set & implement operational targets, including revenue targets and objectives.
* Reach and maintain an appropriate level of competence with regard to the operation of business systems & processes.
