About The Role
The Associate Sales Account Manager for OXO, Osprey, Hydro Flask is responsible for driving, overseeing, and optimizing sales and activation on Amazon & other marketplaces. This involves strategic planning, content development, and coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for efficient execution.
This role has a pivotal position with a direct influence on sales growth and brand visibility on Amazon, including managing critical aspects like case logs, notifications, and automated email requests that impact performance. The ideal candidate has proven experience in business development, activation, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do In The Role
Amazon Sales Piloting
* Manage Amazon business metrics: PCOGS, net receipt, LBB, VLLT, and provide strategic guidance for the long term.
* Develop advanced analytics tools to analyze KPIs.
* Drive improvements in traffic, deal operations, and conversion rates.
* Test and measure innovative deals and initiatives to enhance performance.
* Plan long-term initiatives and contribute to 5-year strategies.
* Monitor market-wide pricing for 1P and 3P, providing insights for strategic decisions.
* Coordinate pricing strategies and implement automated tracking and escalation protocols.
* Ensure product Detail Pages meet UX standards.
* Utilize digital sales tools effectively to drive sales.
* Conduct competitor analyses and generate reports for strategic decisions.
Amazon Activation Strategy and Development
* Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams on annual activation plans.
* Develop investment plans and oversee promotional strategies.
* Guide paid media teams in key markets for optimal performance.
* Coordinate with internal teams across countries for unified approaches.
Operation Supervision
* Maintain and supervise product catalogues, liaising with content teams for NPD uploads.
* Manage Amazon case logs, notifications, and email requests to streamline operations.
What Will Help You Do The Job Well
Essential:
* Strong business, commercial, and financial acumen.
* Experience in digital trade marketing techniques.
* Strategic and operational marketing skills.
* Budgeting skills.
* Understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
