Job Title: SEND HLTA
Location: Chigwell
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £100 - £125 per day
Responsibilities
* Work with students across Key Stages 1 and 2 with diagnoses including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours.
* Be a proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently.
* Support pupils with additional needs and/or disabilities, contributing to their academic and emotional, social and behavioural development.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
* Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours
* Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent
* Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications desirable
