The Position



Are you passionate about creating magical moments and orchestrating unforgettable experiences? We're seeking a dynamic and creative Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team in this exciting role.

As the Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing dreams to life, orchestrating seamless events from conception to execution. Your duties will include liaising with clients to understand their vision, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Additionally, this role will require proactive sales activity to drive events business into the hotel, expanding our reach and building relationships with potential clients.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, based on business need. The usual working pattern will be office hours however, evening and weekend work may also be required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality. You should be creative, resourceful, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential; as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident in driving sales to enhance our events business, and able to build strong client relationships. Experience in the wedding and events industry is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a proven track record of success in similar roles.


The Package



Salary £13.50 per hour dependant
on experience + company benefits inc:
